Our music, art and architecture, dance, painting literature etc., are the symbolic representatives of this samskriti. *** vikriti -- Not much explanation is needed to desribe or define it as it is so glaringly visible and wonderful part of it is that man takes credit for this ugly display of his crookedness !! To me bonzai is the greatest example for this item. The other items being the moustache and nails that our fellow Indians grow in order to win Olympic mebals in the future. This Charlie Chaplin's statue to be erected on the western sea shore fits into this category in all glory. ]]> By: ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ http://abhayatalkies.com/2009/04/09/%e0%b2%92%e0%b2%a4%e0%b3%8d%e0%b2%a4%e0%b2%bf%e0%b2%a8%e0%b2%a3%e0%b3%86-%e0%b2%ae%e0%b2%a4%e0%b3%8d%e0%b2%a4%e0%b3%81-%e0%b2%9a%e0%b2%be%e0%b2%aa%e0%b3%8d%e0%b2%b2%e0%b2%bf%e0%b2%a8%e0%b3%8d%e2%80%8c/#comment-274 ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ Sat, 11 Apr 2009 16:48:28 +0000 http://abhaya.wordpress.com/?p=322#comment-274 ಉದಯವಾಣಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಬಂದಾಗ ಆ ಲೇಖನದ ಭಾವ ತೀವ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಖುಷಿ ಪಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಲಗೇಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಕಳವಳಗೊಂಡದ್ದು ಸತ್ಯ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಯಾರೋ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಮಾತ್ಯಾರೋ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರ ರಾದ್ಧಾಂತ - ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪ್ರಿಯತೆಗಾಗಿ. ಅದು ಹೌದೋ ಎನ್ನುವ ಗುಮಾನಿ ಶುರುವಾದದ್ದು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹೊರಟಷ್ಟೇ ಬೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಮರೆಯಾದಾಗ. ಅದು ಹೇಗೂ ಇರಲಿ, ಒತ್ತಿನೆಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಅಂಡೂ ಮಣೆಹಾಕದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಲೇಖನದ ಕೊನೆಯ ಪಾದ - ಅದ್ಭುತ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕವಿ-ವಿಚಾರವಾದಿ-ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರೆಲ್ಲ ಒತ್ತಿನಣೆಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಮಲಗದ್ದೆ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ‘ಚಾಪ್ಲಿನ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ’, ‘ಮೋರಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ..."ಒಂದು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಬಣ್ಣ ಚರಂಡಿ ಪಾಲು; ಎರಡು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಗಾರೆ ಕಿತ್ತು ಪುಡಿಪುಡಿ ಬೀಭತ್ಸ; ಮೂರು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಚಾಪ್ಲಿನ್ ಮಣ್ಣುಪಾಲು. ಒತ್ತಿನಣೆಯ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್ ರದ್ದಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ತಂದು ಸುರಿಯುತ್ತೀರಿ?" ಭೇಷ್ ದೇವು, ಹೀಗೆ ಆಗಾಗ ಚಾಟಿ ಎತ್ತುತ್ತ ಇರಿ. ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎ.ಪಿ. ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ ಉದಯವಾಣಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಬಂದಾಗ ಆ ಲೇಖನದ ಭಾವ ತೀವ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಖುಷಿ ಪಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಲಗೇಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಕಳವಳಗೊಂಡದ್ದು ಸತ್ಯ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಯಾರೋ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಮಾತ್ಯಾರೋ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರ ರಾದ್ಧಾಂತ – ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪ್ರಿಯತೆಗಾಗಿ. ಅದು ಹೌದೋ ಎನ್ನುವ ಗುಮಾನಿ ಶುರುವಾದದ್ದು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹೊರಟಷ್ಟೇ ಬೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಮರೆಯಾದಾಗ. ಅದು ಹೇಗೂ ಇರಲಿ, ಒತ್ತಿನೆಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಅಂಡೂ ಮಣೆಹಾಕದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಲೇಖನದ ಕೊನೆಯ ಪಾದ – ಅದ್ಭುತ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕವಿ-ವಿಚಾರವಾದಿ-ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರೆಲ್ಲ ಒತ್ತಿನಣೆಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಮಲಗದ್ದೆ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ‘ಚಾಪ್ಲಿನ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ’, ‘ಮೋರಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. …”ಒಂದು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಬಣ್ಣ ಚರಂಡಿ ಪಾಲು; ಎರಡು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಗಾರೆ ಕಿತ್ತು ಪುಡಿಪುಡಿ ಬೀಭತ್ಸ; ಮೂರು ಮಳೆಗೆ ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಚಾಪ್ಲಿನ್ ಮಣ್ಣುಪಾಲು. ಒತ್ತಿನಣೆಯ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್ ರದ್ದಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ತಂದು ಸುರಿಯುತ್ತೀರಿ?”
